What we do

Services

Six areas of work covering the accounting, compliance and planning needs of a business in Malaysia.

  1. Financial Accounting

    Accurate bookkeeping and timely statutory financial statements prepared in line with MPERS or MFRS. We keep your ledgers clean, reconcile accounts each month and prepare year-end accounts ready for audit and filing.

  2. Management Accounting

    Budgets, cash-flow forecasts and KPI reporting that turn your accounts into decisions. We prepare regular management reports and variance analysis so you can see where the business stands and act early.

  3. Tax

    Corporate and personal income tax compliance, Sales and Service Tax (SST) filings and tax planning within the law. We prepare and submit returns, keep track of deadlines, handle correspondence with the tax authorities and help you plan ahead.

  4. Payroll

    Monthly payroll processing with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB (MTD) calculations and submissions handled on time. Staff receive clear payslips and you receive a payroll summary each month, so your records stay complete and easy to check.

  5. Internal Control

    Reviews of your finance processes to find gaps before they become losses. We assess segregation of duties, approval limits and record-keeping, then document practical policies and procedures that fit the size of your business.

  6. Business Advisory

    Guidance on setting up a company in Malaysia, financial analysis and planning for growth. Whether you are starting out, expanding or restructuring, we help you understand the numbers behind each option and prepare for the next step.
